Do I have the right to select the shop of my choice to repair my vehicle?

Yes, as the vehicle owner you decide where, when, and how your vehicle is repaired.

Do I need to get more than one estimate?

No, only one estimate of damage report is necessary from the repair facility of your choice. However, the insurance company may want to have their claims adjuster inspect the damage prior to repair.

If your vehicle is not safe to drive, have it towed to the repair shop of your choice. When you notify your insurance company about the accident, tell them the vehicle is not drivable and where it may be inspected.

Who is responsible for paying the bill?

You are ultimately responsible, but we make the process incredibly easy. Because we sit right on the Virginia/North Carolina line, we are fully set up to work with both VA and NC insurance guidelines. We can submit our blueprints and supplements directly to your carrier so they pay us directly, leaving you with only your deductible to worry about when you pick up your keys.

Do I need an appointment for an estimate and how long will it take?

Typically you should allow a half to one hour for an estimate. For your convenience, appointments are preferred, but not required.

How long will the repairs take?

Your advisor can give you an estimated time of completion once we have a repair estimate. A more accurate date can be given once the vehicle has been disassembled and the repair plan completed.

Is there a warranty on the repair?

Yes. Bisbee Precision Collision’s Repair Policy guarantees against defects in workmanship for as long as the customer owns the repaired vehicle. Parts and materials are subject to the manufacturer’s specific warranties.

Do I get a loaner car?

We make every attempt to help you with your alternative transportation needs. Your advisor can discuss those options once we have completed a repair plan. If you have rental coverage on your insurance policy or are a third-party claimant, we can help secure a rental replacement vehicle.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Of course, cash and checks are always welcome.

I hit a deer outside of Martinsville or South Boston, how does the repair process work for animal collisions?

Deer and wildlife run-ins are a regular part of driving around Southern Virginia, especially in the fall and spring. The good news is that hitting an animal is almost always handled under your Comprehensive coverage, rather than Collision. This means it typically won’t impact your insurance rates the same way a fender-bender would. We’re experts at repairing the specific front-end, hood, and radiator damage that deer impacts cause, and we'll handle all the documentation for your insurer.

How do you handle rental cars if I live further out in Chatham or across the NC line in Eden or Reidsville?

We know that living a bit further out means being without a car is a major disruption. If your policy includes rental coverage, or if you're filing through a third party, we can coordinate directly with the Enterprise teams right here in Danville to have a vehicle waiting for you, or even arrange a seamless drop-off at our shop when you leave your car with us.

Can I get other service work done while my car is in the Body Shop?

Absolutely! We want to save you extra trips. While your car is here for structural or cosmetic repairs, we can easily handle your auto glass replacements, high-end detailing, or minor dent removals at the exact same time. Just let your estimator know what you need when you drop it off.
